Chicken Lazone

One of my son's friends talked about how Chicken Lazone was their favorite dish and I wondered with a strange name like that what it could possibly be...WELL it if AMAZING!!  We ate every bit of it and I caught my daughter licking her plate clean!  Honestly can't believe it took me so long to try it and it was simple and quick to make. Totally a keeper!
Chicken Lazone
from Plain Chicken
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds chicken tenders
1/4 cup butter, divided
2 cups heavy cream

Combine salt, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.  Sprinkle over both sides of chicken tenders.  In large skillet, melt half of the butter over medium-high heat.  Cook the chicken tenders until done, about 8 minutes.
Pour in the cream and add the remaining butter into the skillet.  Lower heat and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.  
Serve chicken and sauce over pasta or mashed potatoes.

*If you like spicy add more cayenne pepper.

Procedures:
  • In a bowl, combine garlic powder, paprika, chili powder, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Rub the mixture over the chicken breasts. Let stand at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the chicken breasts on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 35 minutes.
  • Remove chicken from oven. Chill and then slice. Cover the tortilla with a paper towel. Microwave for 20 seconds
  • Place chicken slices in the center of the flour tortilla with guacamole and pico de gallo

Fry the onion gently in the fat for 3 minutes till it becomes soft. Into the pan, tip the kale and the cooked pasta. Then, stir in the cheese and the bacon. If the mixture is dry, then add a little bit of the pasta cooking water. Serve the dish in a bowl, scattered with grated parmesan, if you prefer.

Asparagus cream pasta

Ingredients:

Asparagus - 1 bunchDouble cream - 142 millilitrePeeled garlic cloves - 2Half shaved, half grated parmesan - 50 gramsTagliatelle - 250 grams

Preparation: Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus to prepare them. Then you should neatly cut the tips off from the stalks. Keep the stalks and the tips separately. In a saucepan, bring the garlic and cream to z boil. Remove it from the heat and take off the garlic and keep it aside. In the boiling salted water, cook the stalks for 5 minutes till they become tender. Drain them and then add them into the cream along with the grated parmesan. Whisk with a hand blender till it becomes smooth. According to the instructions on the pack, cook the pasta and then add the tips towards the last 2 minutes of the cooking time. Reheat the cream gently. Drain the pasta and then add it into a bowl along with the cream. Toss them till all is mixed well. Divide into pasta bowls. Before serving top it with parmesan.

  • Preheat oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit. Arrange the marinated salmon on a greased baking sheet. Brush the top with teriyaki glaze.
  • Bake the salmon for 15-17 minutes. Brush the remaining glaze on top. Arrange each salmon fillet with brown rice.

One tsp black cumin (shah jeera), Seeds of 2 brown cardamoms (motielaichi), 6-8 pepper corns (sabot kali mirch), 2-3 blades of mace (javetri)

Boil potatoes in salted water till just tender. Do not over boil. When they are no longer hot , peel skin.For the filling ,mix crushed almonds with mint leaves , green chillies , grated paneer, salt, garam masala, red chilli and amchoor.Grind or crush shah jeera, seeds of motielaichi, pepper corns and 2-3 pinches of javetri to a coarse powder.To the paneer filling, add ¼-1/2 tea spoon of the above freshly ground masala powder also. Keep the leftover powder aside.For the covering , mix hung curd , ginger paste, remaining freshly ground masala powder , red chilli and salt . Add halide or orange color.Run the tip of a fork on the back surface of the potatoes, making the surface rough.(The rough surface holds the curd well). Cut each potato into 2 halves, vertically. Scoop out, just a little, to get a small cavity in each potato with the back of a teaspoon. Stuff with pannier filling.With a spoon apply the curd on the back and sides of the potato.Grill potatoes in a gas tandoor or a preheated oven for 15 minutes on a greased wire rack till they get slightly dry.Spoon some oil or melted butter on them (baste) and then grill further till the coating turns absolutely dry.Sprinkle some chat Machala and serve hot.Gaurav inspired dine in Indian Food they had been opened for four and a half years and that their dishes were inspired from various styles and regions in melbourne indian resturants . How to Prepare Fluffy American Pancakes?

Do you like pancakes? Have you ever tried American pancakes? They are a little more thick and fluffy than the usual ones. I personally love them and will share a very nice recipe for them. You will definitely like it.

Here it is:

Needed products:

135g plain flour1/2 tablespoon salt1 tablespoon baking soda2 tablespoons caster sigar130 ml milk1 large or 2 small eggs, very lightly beaten2 tablespoons melted butter, plus some olive oil for cooking

Preparation:

Step 1: Take two large bowls. Put the baking soda, flour, salt and caster sugar into one of them. Mix the milk and egg in the other bowl, stirring carefully, and add the melted butter. Mind that the butter has to cool down a little bit before your add it to the egg and milk.

Step 2: Mix the milk mixture with the flour one and beat with a fork until you get a smooth batter. There shouldn't be lumps in the bowl, so do your best to beat the mixture well. Leave the batter for ten minutes to rest a bit.

Step 3: Take some kitchen paper and soak it with olive oil. Put a non-stick frying pan on the stove and heat it up over a medium heat. Rub the pan with the piece of kitchen paper, being careful not to burn yourself, and add a ladle of batter. The batter might look too thick, but that's how it should be. Cook the pancake until its top side starts bubbling and turn it over. Bake until golden brown on both sides. Each pancake has to rise to about 1 cm thick. Repeat the procedure until you're out of batter.

Step 4: Consume the pancakes while they are still warm, covered with maple syrup and some extra butter. If you want you can eat them with strawberry or other type of jam.

This is a wonderful recipe, but mind that the pancakes won't taste good if you cook them in a dirty kitchen or pan. They will absorb the odours from the room and will be awful.
