Tried & True: Choco-Mellow Brownies

I realized today that it has been awhile since I posted a Tried & True Recipe!  This is a good one.  Last week I needed a quick treat for Young Women so I went for the quick and oh so delicious.  I went with a whole cookie sheet full and came home with nothing.... Better for me because then I couldn't eat them all, but hubby was disappointed.  I got multiple requests for the recipe so here it goes.
