Fabulous Funfetti Cookie Sandwiches

You will come to find out two things about me.. I love anything funfetti and simple! (Anything more than 10 ingredients and I'm done) This is exactly what this recipe is..simple and delicious  It was a huge hit at home and the office.

Ingredients: 

2 eggs

1/4 cups melted butter

1 tsp vanilla 

1 box of funfetti cake mix

Preheat your oven to 350

Mix all ingredients until batter is thick (it will be really sticky--use lots AND lots of Pam)

Make walnut sized balls and place on a greased cookie than slightly flatten

Bake for 10-12 minutes 

Let cool than frost one cookie with your desired amount of frosting then stick another cookie on top and TA--DA: amazing simple sweet treat. Just make sure to have a class of milk handy!
